I am getting an "unverified" error message although my details are correct. What do I do?
FOR ALL DRIVER'S LICENSES
If you receive a license verification error message, please ensure
you license details are all correct
your Driver's license number is correct
your license card stock number is correct
FOR DIGITAL LICENSE HOLDERS
If you are holding a digital license, please ensure you are using the "card stock no" on your physical license. Digital license holders are always issued with a physical license, even if they opt in for a digital one, so please refer to the card stock number on your physical licence.
LICENSE VERIFICATION
L2P app uses Transport for NSW's DRIVE license verification service. The verification message you receive is sent by DRIVE service. From time to time, this service may be down for maintenance. During these times you may also be receiving error messages.
If you've tried everything and you are still experiencing error messages, please contact us.
