If you see an exclamation mark (!) or 'unverified session' marked against drives you've taken with the app, this means the licence details you entered either for yourself or your supervisor/instructor don't match Roads and Maritime NSW records. Make sure you enter the details correctly in your profile.

If you believe your details are correct and you are still getting this message, it may be related to a temporary outage or a time-out at the Roads and Maritime NSW verification system.
