What does 'unverified drive' mean?

This means there's some kind of error with the details you entered in your profile, and they don't match Roads and Maritime Service NSW records. If your details can't be validated, your drive will be marked as 'unverified' or invalidated.

Manual entries are also considered unverified drives. This doesn't mean your drive won't be accepted, but it helps you to check that your drives are being recorded properly.

If you believe your details are correct and you are still getting this message, it may be related to a temporary outage or a time-out at the Roads and Maritime Service NSW verification server.

However your unverified hours would still count towards total hours.
